HOPX provides website development, social media management, chatbot integration, and automation solutions. Service scope and limitations are defined in each project agreement. We do not guarantee specific results beyond what is agreed in writing.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, respond to feedback in a timely manner, meet payment obligations, and own or have rights to any content you provide. You are responsible for the accuracy of materials you supply.
4. Payment Terms
Pricing is as agreed in your proposal or contract. Payment methods and schedules will be specified. Late payments may incur fees. Refunds are subject to our refund policy below.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you own the final deliverables (e.g. website, designs, content created for you). HOPX retains rights to our processes, methodologies, and pre-existing materials. We may use anonymized project work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
6. Confidentiality
We respect confidential information under any signed NDA. We will not disclose your confidential information to third parties except as required by law or with your consent.
7. Project Timeline
Timelines are estimates. Delays beyond our control (e.g. client feedback delays, third-party issues) may extend delivery. We will communicate any changes promptly.
8. Cancellation and Refunds
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on eligible services as stated in your agreement. Cancellation notice period and refund process will be specified in your contract. Some items (e.g. third-party costs) may be non-refundable.
9. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Dispute Resolution
We aim to resolve disputes in good faith. If we cannot, disputes may be referred to mediation or the courts as specified in your agreement.
11. Modifications
We may update these terms. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice on our website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
